BAKED LOBSTER ITALIANO
- 4 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons
white wine
- 2 tablespoosn
water
- 3 tablespoons
bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped
parsley
- 2 tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped
basil
- 1 clove chopped
garlic
- 4 tablespoons
olive oil
- small pinch wild
marjoram
- salt and pepper

Split lobster lengthwise. Place in a roasting pan, shell side down, and
pour wine and water in pan. Mix bread crumbs with parsley, cheese, basil,
garlic and marjoram. Sprinkle mixture over lobster tails. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Baste with oil and bake for 20 miutes in a moderate
325° oven. |
