Post Property (Slips)
The marina is one of the most attractive deals in town. Jones Inlet is just 3 miles away. Boat owners can drive their car right to their boat and perform their own work, use one of the local yards catering to the club or use a mechanic of their choice. They can also keep a dock box and a freezer to store bait close by, all behind an automatic locking gate securing a clean fully fenced in and lighted yard. Plus boat owners have the added knowledge that fellow club members are available to share fishing knowledge and to look out for their boat.
Contact info: for details. Ask about specials for new boat owners.
minimum of $ 2150 for boats under 25 ft.
• Winter storage $14 per foot with a minimum of $300. Rate
is the same for in water storage.
• Freezer fee is $175
• Late removal of boats from the property will be billed @$150
per month after June 1st.
• Remote gate openers are available with a deposit of $40.
• Summer trailer storage is discouraged, but if you have a
boat in the marina, trailer storage will be $250 for the
summer season.
Please do not drop things off at the marina without first checking
with someone on the property committee; Bob Sabella, Allan
Evelyn, Don Granger, Charlie Goldstein.
Things that appear without notification will promptly find their way
to the dumpster.
Your cooperation is appreciated, Bob Sabella and the property

Post Re: Property (Slips)
Beautyful post well done. We also have a post on the Noreaster and so far we have gotten one new member and a possible tenant. We need to maintain the beauty by being full. I currently have a few more locals looking at slips in our club. I will be working with them to re enforce our clubs 100% attendance. The boats looking are fishing vessel one a 31 footer at 33 the other a 35. I feel comfortable that we can fill a few slips.
